8:15Leave for the gym. MSF-02 decisions close still in flight.
Nineteen of the twenty shared foundation specs are written. SF-05 Resident Consent Model is the only one left, and it sits under MSF-02 Consent Model, the last master with anything outstanding. Today's MSF-02 pass covers all three of its foundations, SF-05, SF-06 and SF-20, so the two that already exist can be rewritten.
Rebuilt from 8:15. Supply 390, priced demand 289, and the 101 left over all belongs to one lane: reading Yash's timeline and building your own plan from today to October 1. That lane is not estimated. It is the residual, it takes whatever is left, and it is the only thing on this page that is still open at 7:30 by design.

Website first, and MSF-02 running beside it
The website work is the only thing today somebody else is waiting on, and it has sat at the bottom of this list four days running. It goes first. MSF-02 generates the whole time and wants 35 minutes of you in pieces.
The Elementor number is a guess and the only one on this page. 30 active came off the calibration table's widget-placement row, not off you. If it runs to 60, the Oct-1 planning block pays for it and nothing else moves.
Three lanes, and the consent texts start the clock
The MSF-02 write closes the twenty-spec program, the intake form clears the last thing your COO is waiting on, and the consent texts are two hours of clock that have to be started here to finish before you leave.
1:05, kick OPS-CONSENT-TEXTS. This is the hard edge of the afternoon. Two hours of clock and 75 minutes of you. Kicked at 1:05 it lands about 3:05 and finishes inside the 2:30 block. Kicked at 2:30 it lands at 4:30 while you are in the car, and its 75 minutes then have to come out of the 5:30 block, which holds 55.
Read Yash's timeline before you plan against it. It is on origin/chore-oct1-tracker at docs/oct-1-roadmap/tracker/, PR #1856, open. It models one SPEC-MSF-xx per master and knows nothing about the decisions-then-spec split, so it understates you badly: today it still shows six of your spec work units as todo when nineteen specs exist. Its statuses are hand-synced and lag. Today is Labour Day and his board excludes it, so nothing new lands on it while you read.

Finish the texts, then the planning block
The consent texts want their last 45 minutes here and they go first, then the intake form's tail. What is left is the longest clear stretch of the day for the October 1 plan: 24 days out, twenty specs written, and no plan yet for what those days contain for you or for Yash.

5:30Back at the laptop.
Seventy-five minutes away. With tabs running that is 75 free minutes on the October 1 plan. With nothing running it is 75 minutes gone and the block on the other side starts with dead air.
The planning block is the only thing on this page that pays. Every overrun today, the Elementor build, the images, the consent texts running past 75, a missed kick at 4:15, comes out of the same 101 minutes. Nothing else on the board moves, which is why the load bars downstream all read 100%.

Meal 4 is in this window and costs 20 of its 75. The rest is the October 1 plan, and it stops at 6:45 whether or not it is finished. It is meant to be unfinished.

Tomorrow

Tomorrow's plan
Inside the cutoff today, not after it. Forty-five minutes, so the cutoff is really 6:45 for work.
Tomorrow's plan has to reckon with Thursday, not just tomorrow. The haircut is booked for Thursday 10 September at 11:15, two hours door to door, and it clears the beard trim in the same trip. Your mom and stepdad land Thursday 10pm and leave Sunday 10:50pm, and those three days are visit days that contain some work, not work days that contain some visiting. Friday is the only one of them that is a working day on Yash's timeline. Two things still have no answer: the airport runs, and how many active minutes Friday, Saturday and Sunday each get.
Commitments
If it goes sideways, cut from the bottom
The October 1 planning block. It is the residual, so it carries rather than gets cut. Whatever is open at 6:45 is the first thing tomorrow, and this week has a haircut on Thursday and three visit days after it.
The Elementor build of the installer page. Only if the images run long. Cut the build and keep the images: the images are the part that cannot be redone in ten minutes tomorrow, and the build needs them to exist either way.
Nothing else is on this list. The MSF-02 pass is 35 minutes of you and it closes a program that has been running since August 24.
