Nineteen of the twenty shared foundation specs are written. SF-05 Resident Consent Model is the only one left, and it sits under MSF-02 Consent Model, the last master with anything outstanding. Today's MSF-02 pass covers all three of its foundations, SF-05, SF-06 and SF-20, so the two that already exist can be rewritten.
Rebuilt from 10:20, in the car. Supply 345, priced demand 309, and the 36 left over all belongs to one lane: reading Yash's timeline and building your own plan from today to October 1. That lane is not estimated. It is the residual, it takes whatever is left, and it is the only thing on this page that is still open at 7:30 by design.
The workout ran 75 minutes instead of 60 and the shower moved home, so work starts at 11:25 rather than 10:35. That is 50 minutes of supply, and MSF-02 gained a 15-minute intake session. The October 1 planning block went from 101 minutes to 36.
Final state, written in the evening from the day's log. Every block below is retimed to what actually happened and every step is ticked to its real outcome. 348 minutes of laptop wall clock across three sittings, 11:25 to 12:48, 1:18 to 3:31 and 4:08 to 6:20. Everything priced landed. Four lanes that were never on this page landed too. Work stopped at 6:20, twenty-five minutes early, and the one thing missed was tomorrow's plan.

Kick three, then work them
Everything else today is downstream of three kicks made in the first five minutes. The MSF-02 chain is four links deep now and each one gates the next, so its review always goes first.
Four lanes were in flight at 12:23 and one of them was never priced. The installer partner assets, the installer form page and the consent texts were all on the page. The enterprise inquiry form was not, and neither were the three lanes that showed up after 4:00. A plan built from an incomplete list is wrong in a way no estimate can fix.

Close the program, clear the website
The MSF-02 write closes the twenty-spec program. The Elementor build and the intake form clear everything your COO is waiting on. The consent texts take their middle 45. Full block, no slack in it.
Slice 2 is the one that mattered. Four consent-text slices landed at 1:54, 2:45, 4:23 and 5:19, and the second one is where ops could actually send texts. The lane was priced at 120 clock and ran 354, and it never once became the constraint.

The plan put this at 4:15 and priced it at 75 minutes. It happened at 3:31 and took 37. Everything was kicked before the keys, so those 37 minutes were free.
Thirty-seven minutes, not seventy-five.travel.md says 60 house to house and this page budgeted 75. The real figure handed back 38 minutes of supply the plan never counted, and fired this panel 44 minutes early. One observation, so the travel file records it as unconfirmed rather than overwriting your own number.

The heaviest block of the day and the plan sized it at 55 of 55 for a 75 minute window. It ran 132 minutes, carried five lanes, and closed two merges.
Every clock estimate today ran about 3x long and the day still finished early. The MSF-02 intake 84 against 30, its spec plan and write 239 against 80, the consent texts 354 against 120. Five lanes ran side by side here and active minutes never became the constraint. That is the two-budget model working, not the estimates failing: clock is what overruns when lanes are parallel, and clock is not the budget that decides whether a day fits.

Inside the cutoff today, not after it. Forty-five minutes, so the cutoff is really 6:45 for work.
The only thing missed today, and it was the one commitment with a hard start time. Work ended at 6:20 with two merges in and the day felt finished. It was first in the demand table and last in the block order, and block order is what a day actually follows. Tuesday now starts unplanned, with its own planning session competing against its own work.
Tomorrow's plan has to reckon with Thursday, not just tomorrow. The haircut is booked for Thursday 10 September at 11:15, two hours door to door, and it clears the beard trim in the same trip. Your mom and stepdad land Thursday 10pm and leave Sunday 10:50pm, and those three days are visit days that contain some work, not work days that contain some visiting. Friday is the only one of them that is a working day on Yash's timeline. Two things still have no answer: the airport runs, and how many active minutes Friday, Saturday and Sunday each get.

Commitments
Eight of twelve. The workout, both texts, face wash, deodorant, shower, Meal 1 and Meal 3. Deodorant was decided rather than observed: it sits at +24 in the morning routine between the face wash and getting dressed, and both of those are confirmed.
Two were lost to the 6:20 finish. Meal 4 never happened in its 5:30 to 7:30 window and a Popeyes maple chicken sandwich combo came instead, at night, after LA was cut at 8:30. Tomorrow's plan never started. The evening stopped being a planned evening at 6:20, and both misses are downstream of that. Two still open: whether the 12:48 meal with LA counts as Meal 2, and vitamins.
